Carole Sprunk has received her gavel commemorating a memorable year as Omaha Rotary Night Club President at our social event at Beyond Golf. As Erin posted on the club Facebook page "Thank you Carole for your amazing leadership during one of the craziest years in our lifetime.  You were amazing and we're very grateful for your leadership and energy you bring to the club.  Gretchen, we're very excited to see where your extensive Rotary knowledge and enthusiasm take us.  It's going to be a fantastic year."
We had 16 people at our meeting at Beyond Golf -- no golf, but Dennis did bring his clubs.  We had a number of guests including District Governor Roxy Orr and District Governor Elect Carol Horner; our Godfather John Hoich, spouses and a brother of club members.  It was great to have that many people in one place again.  Besides the passing of a gavel, Kent Nelson received his first Paul Harris Fellowship pin and certificate.

We had a preview of some of the goals and ideas that I will be bringing to the club, and we're going to dive into those at our first meeting of the new Rotary year.  If you haven't had a chance to look at the club goals, you can click here. We're also going to be learning more about how to take advantage of Club Runner, so bring your devices to the meeting.
