Spring into Rotary tonight

We've hopefully seen the last of the snow, the trees are starting to bloom, the quarterly dues statement has gone out and my allergies have kicked into overdrive. It's official - it's spring!

Thinking of spring, have you noticed that Rotary has a new area of focus? Supporting the Environment. If you have any project ideas for the upcoming year, plan on bringing them up on May 6th, when we will have a club assembly to get some big ideas planned.

I'm making an effort to call everyone this week if we haven't seen you at a meeting recently - please let me know how you are doing and what our club can do to make a difference in your life and in others.

With the vaccine now available to everyone, we hope to see things getting back to normal and we hope you are feeling more comfortable getting back to Rotary.

We have a couple of great speakers tonight on a topic that should interest a lot of businesses as places are re-opening. Now that we've had to adapt to new ideas, Jessica and Jina will open our eyes even more talking about job sharing. Should be a great meeting - we look forward to seeing you soon.

Weekly Program - April 20 2021

Are you having trouble filling a position in your office? It could be you need two people to share the job to fill your needs but still maintain options for the employee. Job Share Connect is an Omaha company that does just that. Jessica Charlsen and Jina Picarella founded this company and will be our speakers on Tuesday, April 20th.

We will be doing hybrid meetings - that is both meeting in person at Vincenzo's for those who are comfortable, and online - for those that aren't comfortable yet with face-to-face meetings.

If you are attending in-person, please remember to bring your facemask to wear when you are moving through the restaurant.

Please do not attend in-person if you have been exposed to COVID or generally aren't feeling well. We want to keep everyone safe, healthy, and happy.
